As a result, the KR-103 duplicates the incredible ruggedness and reliability that have made the AK-47 and AKM platforms the most prolific firearm in the world, with over 100 million having been manufactured. It accepts all side-folding variants AKM or AK-74 furniture and accessories.

The KR-103 was made for the shooter seeking Russian reliability, who also wants the closest they can get to a Russian AK-103, without the additional cost or gunsmithing of a hard-to-get, genuine de-milled AK-103 parts kit. It is the only semi-auto civilian version of the AK-103 in its purest form in the US market.

The MK3 Chassis allows the use of factory iron sights when installed and allows for maintenance of the firearm without disturbing your optic set up, as the rear section of the railed upper is removable. It fits all standard stamped AKM with standard length gas system. Precision machined from 6061 T6 aluminum, the kit includes the following:

Geissele AK Trigger

The ALG AK Trigger Enhanced with Lightning Bow (AKT-EL) is a single stage trigger designed for the AK47 and AK74 variant platforms. The AKT-EL features a smoother and shorter trigger pull than the stock trigger and is ideal for combat and home defense use. It is machined from gun quality alloy steel and has a corrosion resistant Manganese Phosphate finish. The AKT-EL features the Lightning Bow®, which produces a very comfortable feel to the user over the stock trigger, while enhancing trigger control. For OEMs and builders, the AKT-EL is proudly made in North Wales PA, USA, and lends three parts towards 922(r) Compliance.
